Shipping

Shipping address: Please provide accurate city, state, zip code and apt. # if applicable, and be sure to double check that all fields have correct information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos that result in delivery errors might be shipped back to us. Note: we make every effort to re-ship; if we can’t reach you within 10 business days, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase price to the original form of payment.


Missing/lost packages, damaged/stolen items: In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information we may be able to further assist in this matter. Otherwise, we only have the capacity to track your package.


Shipping rates: Seairnail offers delivery services in most areas around the world. If your area is not listed, please contact us or leave a message, and we will open a logistics channel as soon as possible. For cost control reasons, seairnail will offer free shipping for orders with a total payment of over $50. For orders that do not reach $50, the shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page.


Shipping time: Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time, and other conditions, with no guarantees. But the estimated time will be up to 6 weeks. All orders are shipped within 24 hours excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on holidays. Orders placed by 11 AM EST will ship within approximately 3 Business days.

 

Returns, exchanges, changes & cancellations 

Changes & cancellations: Please email to cancel and/or reorder your items. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed no changes (email address, mailing address, or order quantities and details) can be made. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item in your order please contact us through email and we will help you replace the item. Once the damaged or defective item has been checked in at our warehouse, we will quickly send out your replacement item.


Returns & Exchanges: If you are not satisfied with the received product and decide to return it. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the ship date.
Seairnail offers the following two options:
A) You can choose to receive a half-price coupon and place a new order, and after payment, you will receive a 50% refund of the actual payment amount of your previous order, while keeping all products;
B) You can return the goods to Seairnail. After Seairnail checks that the goods are intact, you will receive a refund of the actual payment amount of the order. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received is (are) damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received at seairnail warehouse. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from seairnail for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition. Once the item is received at seairnail warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are the customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.
*When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we receive the return.
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.
*Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
